Intel Virtual School operates as an online educational institution and an educational e-commerce platform, offering:

All users (parents, students, and customers) are required to read product descriptions and policies carefully before placing an order.

  • All school fees are collected in advance, including admission and monthly fees.
  • Monthly school fee is generated on the 1st of every month.
  • Last payment date is the 8th of each month.
  • All school fees are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
  • Late fee penalties may apply after the due date.
  • If fee is unpaid for 15 days, classes may be paused.
  • If fee remains unpaid for 30 days, admission may be terminated.
  • Parents must share fee payment receipts via WhatsApp or email for system updates.

Intel Virtual School provides free e-books to enrolled students where applicable.

  • The Intel Virtual School Store accepts:

    • Easypaisa
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Online bank transfers
    • Offline payments (where applicable)

    Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • E-books are delivered via download link or email.
  • For offline payments, e-book access is provided within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Customers must share the payment receipt on WhatsApp for faster release.
  • Download links may be time-limited; customers must save files immediately.
  • E-books are for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.
  • Intel Virtual School is not responsible for device compatibility issues.
  • Physical items include books, toys, stationery, and school supplies.
  • Estimated delivery time is up to 10 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
  • All physical items are checked before dispatch.
  • Customers must record a video while opening the parcel.
  • In case of damage, the unboxing video must be shared for return guidance.

    • 08:00AM TO 12:00PM (KSA & QATAR TIME)
