• No refunds or returns are allowed once an e-book has been delivered.
  • If the file is corrupt, invalid, or incorrect, Intel Virtual School will replace the file.
  • If replacement is not available, the payment will be refunded.
  • Refund processing time: up to 4 working days.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Customers must:
    • Record an unboxing video
    • Share the video as proof of damage
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • No returns for:
    • Wrong product selection
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect grade chosen by customer
  • All school-related fees are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • This includes:
    • Admission fees
    • Monthly fees
    • Late fee penalties
  • Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are completed within 4 working days after approval.
  • E-books are delivered via download link or email.
  • For offline payments, e-book access is provided within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Customers must share the payment receipt on WhatsApp for faster release.
  • Download links may be time-limited; customers must save files immediately.
  • E-books are for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.
  • Intel Virtual School is not responsible for device compatibility issues.
